In 1988 at the age of 18 Rich joined the British army, after successfully completing basic and trade training he was posted out to Germany .

Rich left the army in 1995 and as a part of his exit strategy he was trained by special forces to become a close protection officer(Bodyguard) and surveillance operative.

Rich’s transition out of the army was going wrong and he gradually moved away from the security industry and begin to apply the same skills set and training to his new life, distributing drugs.

During his time away Rich made a conscious decision to reform himself and he decided to document this story by writing the first book in the Lost Solider series.

Since his release, he liaises with police forces, military charities and appears at public speaking events to share his fascinating story and support veterans and serving personnel.

Rich is now a fully qualified bi-lateral stimulation practitioner, treating patients from all walks of life from military veterans to business professional and athletes.
